Returns and Refunds

We all love to shop online from the convenience of our homes and with all of the various product options here at the MSOUL ART, decisions can become overwhelming. To make your decisions a bit easier, we’ve provided hi-touch photos and detailed product descriptions, provided by the manufacturer. Please note that product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Please do your research on your desired products before making a purchase. Unwanted item returns

MSOUL ART stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 14 days of your original purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and 25% restocking fee. MSOUL ART does not take responsibility for lost packages. All returns must be in original packaging, and unopened. We cannot accept opened items, even if unused, for health reasons. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To initiate a return contact us via email at, to request an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization). For faster service, please have the following information available: customer name, order number, item (SKU) number, and nature of the return.

You will then be supplied with an RMA number allowing the return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN APPROVED RMA NUMBER.

If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges to We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged by the carrier. We also recommend the carrier you choose is able to provide proof of delivery for your protection. 

All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Our Customer Service Department will notify by email once your return has arrived to our warehouse and has been processed by our Returns Department.


 Items that may have been damaged in transit, or are found to be defective upon arrival, can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of having received the damaged/defective item so we may issue you a return authorization and shipping label. You may be asked to provide a photo or video as proof of damage upon arrival, in lieu of physically returning the item.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced once the defect is validated. reserves the option of having the item returned for validation. Our Customer Service Representatives will help guide you through the process.
