Unwanted Item Returns
MSOUL ART stands by the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 14 days of your original purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fee. We cannot accept opened items, even if unused, for health reasons.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Damaged/Defective
Items that may have been damaged in transit, or are found to be defective upon arrival, can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of having received the damaged/defective item.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All the orders are delivered within approximately 5-15 business days.
